D’Vine Mozzarella Class

Join our hands-on class cheese making class during the #Dvinefestival, where you’ll learn how easy it is to make Mozzarella in just 30 minutes! Stretch and knead the curd just like the old cheesemakers.  👩🏼‍🍳

After you’ve made your mozzarella, you’ll be able to watch a Yoghurt and Labna making demonstration.

Finish the experience off with a delicious grazing platter and tastings of some local wines while taking in the views of the Hunter Valley vineyards.  🧀 🍇
