Using fresh local milk and produce when available, these hands-on classes are held in a purpose-built cabin throughout the year, you can either participate in a scheduled class by choosing to Book A Class or

Feta foundation of cheese making
In this hands-on class, you will make Fetta and learn how to make Haloumi, Ricotta, and Mascarpone Cheese along with Yoghurt and Labna.
It’s fun and informative and a great way to spend the day relaxing in the beautiful Hunter Valley making and tasting cheese.Â
Lunch is provided in this 3-hour class.

Camembert and Mozzarella Class
In this class, you will delve further into Cheese Making and learn the process of how to make Camembert, and in between, we will all make some Mozzarella. This is where you get hands-on gloving up to stretch and knead the curd, a great class if you want to learn more about the process of cheese making. Lunch is provided in this 3-hour class.
$120/per person.

Learn how to make Mozzarella in just 30 minutes in this fun hands-on class. After you have gloved up and made Mozzarella you can sit back, relax, and enjoy. Lunch is provided in this 2-hour class.

Classes are offered when fresh produce is available, enjoy the day learning and making all things preserves taking home a jar of each type. A delicious lunch is included in this 4-hour class.

Christmas Preserve Class
These classes are held during October and November and will have all of your gifting covered for the festive season. In this class you learn how to make Shiraz Jelly, Apple Paste, and Mustard Fruits along with some other quick and easy gift ideas straight out of the pantry. Take home a jar of each along with the easy-to-follow recipes that you can make at home. Included is a festive-themed lunch. Duration 4 hours.
